 Each competition has a limited number of tickets available. When you enter the competition, you’re assigned a random ticket number.

• Closing date and time - Clearly stated so you know exactly when entries will no longer be accepted.
• Total number of tickets available - Each competition has a set number of tickets.
• Price per ticket - The entry cost is always shown up front, with no hidden fees.
• Free entry route - We offer a free alternative way to enter, ensuring fairness and accessibility for everyone.
• Other important information - Including prize details, entry limits per customer, and full competition terms.
   

Once the competition ends, the draw will be conducted using the Google Random Number Generator.  

We’ll contact the winner by phone or email within 2 days after the competition ends. If your contact details change before then, you must let us know. We'll use the contact info you provided to reach you. 

If we can't get in touch within 14 days, we may choose a new winner, and you’ll lose the right to claim the prize. 

Competitions on our website are open to residents of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over.
